Eligibility
Applicants must be retired Short Service Commission Officers of the Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force or Indian Coast Guard. The listed qualifications and experience are:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
- Basic ATC Course/ATM and AL (Basic) and GCA/ATSS Course.
- At least 5 years of cumulative ATC duties, including at least 1 year at a Joint User Defence Airfield.
Documents to Prepare
- Completed application form (Annexure-1), including the required personal, service and contact details.
- Details of educational and professional qualifications, including examination or qualification, institution, passing month and year, and marks percentage.
- Work experience details, including organisation, designation, period, total experience and nature of work. A separate sheet may be attached if required.
- Self-attested supporting documents for educational qualifications and work experience.
- Recent photograph and signature with the declaration on the application form.
Age Limit
Applicants must be no more than 50 years old on the application deadline. The gap between retirement from the relevant armed service and the application deadline must not exceed 6 years. An extension cannot take a consultant beyond 55 years of age.
Salary
Fixed monthly remuneration is calculated by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at retirement. It remains unchanged during the contract, with no annual increment or percentage increase. House Rent Allowance is not admissible. Transport allowance is subject to the stated limits, and TDS will be deducted at source.

Selection Process
