Eligibility

| JRF | Master’s degree or equivalent in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or an allied subject, with a strong academic record and at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. |
| SRF | The same Master’s degree and academic requirements as for JRF, plus at least two years of research experience. |
Experience in gene cloning and expression, drug designing, molecular biology or animal cell culture is desirable. Preference will be given to a suitable SRF candidate.

Salary
- SRF: Rs. 42,000 plus 10% HRA
- JRF: Rs. 37,000 plus 10% HRA, if a suitable SRF candidate is not available
The appointment is temporary and initially for one year, renewable annually depending on performance. It is co-terminus with the project, which is scheduled for three years (2026 to 2029). Bachelor accommodation may be available at the university on a payment basis, subject to availability.
