Pay is consolidated monthly, including HRA and PF, and is higher for X/Y/Z cities. Engagement is on a fixed-term basis for 2 years initially, extendable by 1 year based on performance, up to a maximum of 3 years.

Selection Process
- Screening of applications and certificates.
- Personal interview at an EIL office in Gurugram, Mumbai, Chennai or Kolkata. Applications and certificates are screened on the day of the interview, and eligible candidates are interviewed.

- Valid Government of India-issued photo ID.
- Date-of-birth certificate.
- Educational qualification mark sheets and passing certificates.
- Proof of CGPA-to-percentage conversion norms.
- Experience certificates.

- No Objection Certificate, if employed by a Central/State government or autonomous body.
