How to Apply
- Register as a student on www.mhrdnats.gov.in and obtain a unique registration number.
- Visit www.ircon.org and go to Careers > HR & Career > Engagement of Apprentices under Apprentices Act, 1961.
- Register on the IRCON portal using a personal email address and mobile number, then log in and complete the online application with your post selection and personal, education and experience details.
- Upload the required documents, photograph and signature in PDF or JPEG format (maximum 2 MB each). Review and submit the form, then download and print the submitted application.
- Sign the printed application at the bottom right under the declaration. Send it with self-attested photocopies of the required documents in an envelope marked “Application for the Engagement of Apprentices as per Apprentices Act 1961 – Advt No. A01/2026” to: Manager/HRM, IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi-110017. The hard copy must reach IRCON by 17 November 2026.

Result-awaited, supplementary and back-paper candidates are not eligible. Applicants who have already completed apprenticeship training with IRCON or another organization, or who have had one year or more of training or job experience after completing their education, are also not eligible. Candidates who completed the qualifying examination more than three years before 1 October 2026 are not eligible; the notice states that candidates who passed in 2026, 2025, 2024, or on or after 1 July 2023 are eligible.

- Self-attested photocopies of the required documents to send with the signed application.
Age Limit
Applicants must be 18–30 years old as of 1 October 2026. The upper-age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC non-creamy layer candidates where a seat is reserved for the respective category.
Salary
The one-year apprenticeship stipend is ₹14,000 per month for Graduate Apprentices and ₹12,000 per month for Technician (Diploma) Apprentices. The notice states that the training period is one year and cannot be extended.

Selection Process
Selection is by shortlisting through a merit list based on marks obtained in the essential educational qualifications. There will be no interview.
