Eligibility
- PhD in Health Sciences, MD in Community Medicine, or MD in Ophthalmology.
- The PhD or MD must have been completed within the four years preceding the interview date.
- Candidates who have submitted their PhD thesis and are awaiting their final defence may also attend.
Desirable: Certification in data management or experience with statistical software such as STATA, R, SPSS or RedCap; a minimum of two publications.

Age Limit
Maximum 40 years as on 1 October 2026. Up to five years’ relaxation may be given to deserving candidates with experience working in a government research organisation, in line with the cited ICMR order.

Consolidated pay: Rs. 1,10,000.
