Selection Process
Selection is based on merit, including academic percentage weightage, computer practical tests and experience in government rural development schemes. For Accountants, the stated weightage includes 20% for Higher Secondary marks, 50% for the minimum educational qualification and 15% for the computer practical test.
Experience marks vary by post. Where applicant numbers exceed ten times the vacancies, candidates are called for the next stage in a 1:10 ratio based on merit. Document verification and skill or practical tests apply as required.
Documents to Prepare
- Application form with a self-attested passport-size photograph affixed.
- Self-attested copies of educational mark sheets and certificates from Class 10/12 onwards through the highest qualification. If mark sheets do not show percentages, include a grade-conversion certificate issued by the institution.
- Employment exchange registration card showing live registration number, date and validity.
- Domicile certificate issued by a competent authority.
- Caste certificate issued by a competent authority, for candidates applying under reserved categories.
- Disability certificate issued by a Medical Board, if applicable.
- Experience certificates stating the issuing authority’s name, designation, contact number, email, work period, pay scale and work in government rural development schemes.
- No Objection Certificate from the current employer, if employed in a government or semi-government institution.
- Empty self-addressed envelope with a Rs. 5 postal stamp affixed.
