Reserved-category candidates applying for unreserved posts must pay the full fee. The notification says to enter bank-transfer details in the online application and attach the transaction receipt; applications without these details or receipt will be rejected. NEFT/RTGS funds must reach ARCI by 21 November 2026. Fees and applicable transaction charges are non-refundable.
