Eligibility
The post is for a Solar Panel Installation Technician (Guest Trainer). The listed qualification is Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical, with one year of industrial experience and one year of training experience in Solar Panel Installation, or certification in the relevant CITS trade. Applicants should verify the applicable criteria in the official notification.
Government, semi-government or private organisation experience is accepted. Candidates without the required equivalent experience are not eligible. Candidates arriving more than two hours after the stated interview time will not be accepted.
ToT-Domain Certification and Platform Certification/CTI/CITS are desirable and receive preference. No reservation rules apply to this recruitment.
The trainer will conduct course training, mobilise and counsel trainees, support placement within three months after training, and maintain attendance and training records. Engagement is temporary for up to 12 months and may be extended based on performance. A selected candidate must join within seven days of the selection notice. A trainer without ToT certification must obtain it at their own cost within one month of selection.
