| Full Time Specialist / Part Time Specialist | MBBS with a postgraduate degree or equivalent, or a postgraduate diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university. Candidates must be registered with the Medical Council of India or a State Medical Council. For Part Time Specialist posts, non-PG doctors with at least two years of post-MBBS experience in the same discipline are also eligible. |
| Senior Resident (Full Time) | MBBS with a postgraduate degree or diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university, or a non-PG doctor with at least two years of post-MBBS experience in the same discipline. Registration with MCI, NMC or a State Medical Council is required. Preference will be given to candidates with a postgraduate degree and experience in a government medical institute or hospital. |
Age Limit
Age is calculated as on the interview date.
- Full Time Specialist / Part Time Specialist: Not more than 69 years.
- Senior Resident (Full Time): Not more than 45 years.
Candidates seeking reservation or age relaxation under SC, ST, OBC (NCL) or EWS categories must meet Government of India requirements and hold valid certificates in the prescribed format.
Salary

| Part Time Specialist | ₹60,000 per month fixed. Emergency call duty, if undertaken, carries ₹15,000 per emergency visit; extra hours above 16 hours per week are paid at ₹800 per hour. |
| Senior Resident (Full Time) | ₹1,14,955 per month. No other allowances, including HRA and NPA, are payable. |
Additional working hours or emergency visits for specialists are subject to justification by the Medical Superintendent.

Selection Process
Selection will be through a walk-in interview at ESIC Hospital, Korba, Chhattisgarh. Candidates must report between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on 14 October 2026.
Documents to Prepare
Bring the following documents to the interview, including originals and one set of self-attested copies. The application instructions also require two recent passport-size photographs.

- Age proof: Class 10 certificate or birth certificate
- MBBS mark sheets for all years
- MBBS attempt certificate and degree
- Postgraduate degree or diploma certificate and attempt certificate
- MCI, DCI or State Medical Council registration certificate with MD/MS/DNB qualification
- Experience certificate
- No Objection Certificate from the current employer, if applicable; it is also required for doctors under bond
- Applicable caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC (NCL) candidates, or I&A certificate for EWS candidates. The OBC certificate must be in Central Government format and not more than one year old.

- Attach self-attested copies of the required educational, experience, caste and birth certificates, along with two recent passport-size photographs.

- Attend the walk-in interview on 14 October 2026 with the required original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies.
