For Supervisor, preference is given to candidates with a degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management, or at least five years of supervisory experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Applicants must be willing to work shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The application details must match the applicant’s Class 10 certificate, PAN card and Aadhaar card. Candidates whose name changed after Class 10 must bring proof of the change.
Age Limit
- Supervisor: 25–40 years.
- Room Attendant: 21–35 years.
Salary
- Supervisor: Rs. 24,356 per month.
- Room Attendant: Rs. 18,456 per month.
Wages are stated as per the minimum wages of GNCT of Delhi. The engagement is contractual and outsourced, initially valid up to 28 December 2026.

Application Fees
The one-time registration (OTR) fee is Rs. 590. It is non-refundable and must be paid on the ICSIL website at least one day before the interview.
Selection Process
ICSIL will check documents for age, qualifications, experience and other criteria. Eligible candidates will attend an interaction or interview with the department. Depending on the post, selection may also include a personal interview, skill test or written test. Attending the walk-in does not guarantee selection or deployment.
Documents to Prepare
- Printed proof of OTR fee payment, which is mandatory.
- Original documents for date of birth, qualifications and experience.
- One set of photocopies of relevant documents.
- Two photographs.
- Proof of name change, if the name differs from the Class 10 certificate.
The notice states that candidates without the required original documents will not be allowed into the interview.
