Eligibility

Post	Qualifications
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)	M.E./M.Tech./MS(R) or equivalent in CSE, ECE, EE, Microelectronics, VLSI Design or allied subjects, with 60% marks or equivalent; or B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. in CSE, ECE, EE, Electronics, Microelectronics, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems or allied subjects, with 60% marks or equivalent, and qualification in CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship/Assistant Professorship) or GATE.
Senior Project Associate (SPA)	Doctoral Degree in Science, Engineering or Technology in CSE, ECE, EE, Electronics, Microelectronics, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems or allied disciplines from a recognised university or equivalent; or M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent in CSE, ECE, EE, Microelectronics, VLSI Design or allied disciplines; or B.E./B.Tech. in CSE, ECE, EE, Electronics, Microelectronics, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems or allied disciplines from a recognised university or equivalent, with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA and four years’ experience in research and development in industrial or academic institutions, or in science and technology organisations and scientific activities and services.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for SPA is 40 years. Age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST/PwD/PwBD candidates and 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates.

Salary

• JRF: Rs. 37,000 per month plus 20% HRA.
• SPA: Rs. 42,000 per month plus 20% HRA.

• Shortlisting based on merit and the project’s requirements.
• Interview, conducted online or offline.
