Eligibility
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Fruit Science or PhD in Fruit Science. NET-qualified candidates will be given preference.
- The degree must be from an ICAR/UGC-recognized university or institute.
- Desirable: Relevant research experience evidenced by fellowship, associateship, training or other engagements.
- The post is temporary/contractual and co-terminus with the project: from the date of joining for up to 11 months, until grant availability ends, or until project completion, whichever is earlier.
Age Limit
Maximum age is 35 years for men and 40 years for women. The notice also states that age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates is as per Government of India rules.
Salary
Fixed pay of Rs. 42,000 per month.
