Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre Muzaffarpur is recruiting for Advertisement No. HBCH&RC/PROJECT/2026/P27. The appointment is initially for six months or until the project ends, whichever is earlier.

Desirable: Extensive experience in cancer genomics analysis, including next-generation sequencing data from biological and clinical samples; experience with whole genome or exome sequencing, transcriptomics, targeted gene-panel sequencing, and establishing in-house bioinformatics pipelines. Sound knowledge of Linux, scripting and R programming is also desirable. Candidates working in academic institutions with at least two years of proven experience will be preferred.

Salary
