Eligibility
The post is Senior Research Associate, with one vacancy. The notice lists these requirements:
- A Master’s degree from a recognised university in Social Sciences, Humanities, Development Studies, Education, Management or another relevant discipline.
- At least two years of relevant experience in research or academic project coordination. Experience in higher education or research institutions is preferred.
Preference is given to candidates with a PhD or advanced doctoral-level research experience, especially in disciplines relevant to the academic programmes. The notice also seeks strong research, analytical and academic writing skills; written and spoken English; the ability to prepare research proposals, reports, presentations and institutional documents; project coordination and organisational skills; proficiency with MS Office, data management tools and digital collaboration platforms; and the ability to coordinate with varied teams and manage multiple tasks.
