- Preference: Soybean breeding or molecular work.

Selection Process
Selection is through a direct interview. If two or more candidates receive equal marks, SC/ST candidates receive preference for the temporary appointment.
The posts are temporary and project-based at the AICRP on Soybean, Main Agricultural Research Station, Dharwad. The engagement is due to run until 31 March 2027, the end of the project, or receipt of government clarification on temporary appointments in projects, whichever comes first. The appointment does not confer a right to permanent employment at the University. Before joining, the selected candidate must submit an undertaking on Rs. 100 stamp paper in the prescribed Format-TR-2.
