Eligibility

HCL is recruiting executives on a fixed-tenure basis across 11 disciplines. The essential qualifications vary by discipline:

Medical & Health Services (M&HS)MBBS from an MCI-recognised institute and at least 3 years’ experience, including at least 1 year in emergency services or Occupational Health services. Alternatively, applicants with a postgraduate diploma must have at least 3 years’ clinical experience after the diploma. Valid MCI/State registration and relevant experience certificates are required.
Environment ManagementBachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology; or a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology with a postgraduate degree/diploma in Environmental Engineering, Management or Science; or a postgraduate degree in Environmental Science.
Mineral ProcessingB.Tech/B.E. in Mineral and Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Engineering or Mineral Processing; or M.Tech in one of these fields.
Human ResourcesMBA specialising in Personnel Management/HR; or a postgraduate degree/diploma in Personnel Management/HR; or a master’s degree in Social Work acceptable under Labour Legislation for working as a Welfare Officer.
FinancePassed the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
SurveyBachelor’s degree in Mining/Civil Engineering with a Surveyor Certificate of Competency, or M.Tech in Geomatics.

Experience is counted from the date the result for the essential qualification is published. It must be relevant to the advertised discipline and meet HCL’s domain requirements. Training, consultancy, teaching, fellowship, internship, apprenticeship and academic project experience are not counted.

Applicants must upload at least two supporting records for each employment: appointment letter, pay slip, Form-16, PF statement or bank statement showing salary credit. Failure to provide them may result in cancellation of candidature.

Age Limit

Maximum age and post-qualification experience requirements vary by grade. The age and qualification eligibility reckoning date is 1 September 2026.

For M&HS at FTE-II, the stated consolidated pay is ₹94,200, with a minimum monthly gross salary requirement of ₹50,000.

Selected candidates are also entitled to employer PF contribution, HRA, gratuity, medical benefits, leave encashment and other applicable benefits under HCL’s fixed-tenure engagement scheme.

Application Fees

General and OBC candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹500, plus applicable bank charges. SC and PwBD candidates are exempt. Payment must be made online through HCL’s payment gateway or NEFT transfer; other payment modes are not accepted.

Selection Process

Selection is based on the Personal Interview, which carries 100% weightage. HCL may conduct a written screening test to shortlist candidates if required.

Interview shortlisting is generally in the ratio of five candidates per vacancy; for a single vacancy, 10 candidates may be shortlisted. Shortlisting may consider relevant experience beyond the minimum and additional relevant degrees. Interview details and call letters are sent by email.

Candidates must bring an original Aadhaar card, driving licence or voter ID to the interview. Original documents will be verified there; candidates who do not produce them will not be allowed to appear.

  5. Print the computer-generated application and acknowledgement slip for your records.

Applications are online only. HCL does not accept hard copies. The online application is screened based on the information provided, so applicants must ensure they meet the eligibility requirements.
