Project Technician, Welfare Officer and Junior Project Engineer posts carry an annual increment of 3% of basic pay, rounded up to the next ₹10, subject to satisfactory performance assessment.

Selection Process
- Project Technician: Candidates are screened and shortlisted for a qualifying practical trade test based on their final NTC/NAC examination marks. Candidates are called at twice the number of available positions. Final merit is based solely on NTC/NAC marks.
- Welfare Officer: Candidates are shortlisted for interview based on Bachelor’s degree marks, at twice the number of positions. Final merit is based on interview performance.
- Junior Project Engineer: Candidates are shortlisted for interview based on Diploma or B.Sc. marks, at twice the number of vacancies. Final merit gives 75% weight to qualifying examination marks and 25% to interview performance.
- Consultant (Coordination): Screening and shortlisting are followed by a personal interview. Selection is based on interview performance and meeting the eligibility criteria.
Original certificates are verified before the interview or trade test. No virtual or online interviews are conducted. Tie-breaks are resolved first by preference for Ex-Trade Apprentices for Project Technician posts, then by older age, then alphabetically by name.
