Eligibility
Applicants must have a graduation or postgraduate degree in any discipline, or a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
Experience: At least 15 years of experience in the officer cadre of a public, private or foreign bank, including at least 3 years in an Offshore Banking Unit, an overseas bank branch or an IFSC Banking Unit of a public or private bank.
Applicants must currently be a Deputy General Manager (or equivalent) with at least 1 year in the present cadre, or an Assistant General Manager (or equivalent) with at least 2 years in the present cadre. For private or foreign bank applicants, the equivalent role must be 4 levels below the MD and CEO for the Deputy General Manager role, or 5 levels below for the Assistant General Manager role.
Preferred qualifications: MBA/PGDM/PGDBF specialising in Finance, Banking or International Business, or CFA/FRM/PRM.
Desirable experience: Exposure to forex business or global trade business in international banking.
Age Limit
Maximum age: 55 years.
Salary
Pay scale: Rs. 156,500–4,340/4–173,860. The stated CTC is around Rs. 44 lakh per annum.
Allowances and perquisites include DA, HRA/lease rental, CCA, medical and other benefits applicable to Scale VII, as per rules in force.
