Selection Process
Selection includes a competitive online written examination using CBRT or OMR, document verification and an oral interview where applicable. The examination consists of multiple-choice questions and may be in Gujarati, English or both. Candidates must meet the minimum qualifying marks set by JMC. Final selection is based on written-test and interview scores, where applicable, along with sports, widow or other bonus marks where applicable.

- School leaving certificate or birth certificate for date of birth
- Educational qualification marksheets and degree certificates
- Category certificate for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS candidates, where applicable
- Non-Creamy Layer certificate for SEBC candidates
- EWS certificate issued by a competent authority
- Ex-serviceman discharge order and NOC
- Disability certificate, where applicable
How to Apply
- Visit the OJAS portal at https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in and complete the online application.
- Submit a separate application and pay a separate fee for each post applied for.
- Do not upload certificates or documents with the online application.
- After submitting the application and paying the fee, note the confirmation number. Keep copies of the passport-size photo used in the application for future stages.
Applications must be submitted online through OJAS; hard copies of the application or documents do not need to be sent by post initially.
