Eligibility
Both posts require a postgraduate qualification in Social Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade from a recognized university or institution, and one year of research experience. The post-specific requirements are:

The posts are for a field-based project on the language, culture and survival of Birhor PVTGs across Indian states. Check the official notification for the discipline-specific eligibility requirements.
Salary
- Research Assistant: INR 37,000 per month, consolidated, for six and a half months.
- Field Investigator: INR 20,000 per month, consolidated, for two months and 20 days.
Both positions are temporary and co-terminus with the project. Admissible TA/DA for fieldwork is provided as per Institute norms. Selected candidates are expected to work full-time and may not receive another monetary benefit from another institute.

Selection Process
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by email or phone. The personal interview will be held in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at NIT Raipur. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate.
