Only Indian nationals are eligible. Qualifications and experience requirements depend on the post and discipline.

Senior Manager (Finance) CA or CMA qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. At least 13 years in an executive/officer cadre in Accounts, Finance or Internal Audit, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade/scale.
Deputy General Manager (Finance) CA or CMA qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. At least 17 years in an executive/officer cadre in Accounts, Finance or Internal Audit, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade/scale.
Additional General Manager (Finance) CA or CMA qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. At least 21 years in an executive/officer cadre in Accounts, Finance or Internal Audit, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade/scale.
Senior Manager (HR) Full-time MBA with HRM (HR as the main or major subject), HRD or HRM; or a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management, IR or Labour Welfare; or a minimum 2-year full-time postgraduate diploma in PM&IR or Labour Welfare; or a master’s in Social Work or MHROD. The listed qualifications require at least 60% marks, except the master’s in Social Work or MHROD. LLB is desirable. At least 13 years in an executive/officer cadre in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade/scale.

Relevant experience is preferably with public sector organisations, Central or State Government, or a large private-sector organisation of repute. Internship, training, apprenticeship and teaching periods do not count as experience. Qualifications must be regular and full-time from institutions recognised by AICTE or the appropriate statutory authority.

Age and experience are calculated as of 7 October 2026. Relaxations: SC/ST, 5 years; OBC (NCL), 3 years; PwBD candidates, 10 years for General/EWS, 13 years for OBC (NCL), and 15 years for SC/ST; J&K-domiciled candidates for the period 1 January 1980 to 31 December 1989, 5 years; Ex-Servicemen, as per Government of India guidelines. The upper age limit after relaxation cannot exceed 58 years.

Salary

The compensation package includes basic pay, allowances and benefits. Basic pay protection for PSU and Government employees applies as per DPE guidelines.

Application Fees

  • General, OBC (NCL) and EWS: Rs. 600, payable online through SBIePay.
  • No fee for SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, departmental candidates, and Doob Kshetra/project-affected-area families of THDC projects.

Fees once paid will not be refunded.

Selection Process

Selection is based on a Personal Interview. Candidates scoring less than 50% overall will not be empanelled. The final merit list and empanelment will be in order of interview marks.

Documents to Prepare

  • Scanned passport-size colour photograph with a white background (JPG/PNG, up to 50 KB).
  • Scanned signature in black ink on a white background (JPG/PNG, up to 20 KB).
  • Class 10 and 12 marksheets (JPG/PNG/PDF, up to 125 KB).
  • Essential qualification marksheet and degree, plus any additional qualifications, combined into one file (JPG/PNG/PDF, up to 500 KB).
  • Experience certificate stating the service period and designation (JPG/PNG/PDF, up to 1 MB).
  • Applicable caste, category, PwBD, J&K domicile, Ex-Servicemen, riot-victim or Doob Kshetra certificate in Government of India format (JPG/PNG/PDF, up to 125 KB).
  • Evidence of the university/institute’s CGPA/OGPA/DGPA-to-percentage conversion norms, or marksheet if CGPA is not applicable (JPG/PNG/PDF, up to 125 KB).
  • Private-sector candidates: Form 16 for FY 2024–25 and FY 2025–26 (JPG/PNG/PDF, up to 500 KB).
  • Payslips for September 2024, September 2025 and September 2026 combined into one file (JPG/PNG/PDF, up to 500 KB).
  • Private-sector candidates: employer-issued and signed CTC certificate for FY 2024–25 and FY 2025–26, as per Annexure A (JPG/PNG/PDF, up to 500 KB).

How to Apply

  1. Apply online through the THDC website.
  2. Enter the required details, including basic information, domicile, category, religion, education, professional qualifications, languages, address and employment experience. Enter your name as shown on your Class 10 marksheet.
  3. Upload the required scanned documents in the specified formats and sizes.
  4. General, OBC (NCL) and EWS candidates should select “Make Payment,” pay Rs. 600 through SBIePay, verify the payment details and submit the application. Fee-exempt candidates should submit the application directly.
  5. Print and keep the completed application for future reference. Do not send the printout by post.

Government and PSU employees should apply through the proper channel or provide a No Objection Certificate at the interview. A relieving letter must be submitted at joining. Candidates must bring a valid photo ID to the interview; photocopies are not accepted.
