Eligibility
A degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification is required for all four posts. Candidates must have the qualification by 06 November 2026; candidates awaiting their final examination results are not eligible.

There is no Typing Skill Test for this recruitment, including for the Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist and Senior Clerk cum Typist posts. Appointees to those posts are expected to have basic computer and typing proficiency, which may be assessed after joining.
Age Limit
The age limit is 18 to 33 years as on 01 January 2027. The notification provides these category-based age relaxations:

The fee can be paid online by Internet Banking, debit card, credit card or UPI. A refund is available only to candidates who appear in CBT 1.
The application modification window carries a non-refundable fee of ₹250 for each occasion. Details entered under “Create an Account” and the chosen RRB cannot be changed.

There is no Typing Skill Test. Candidates are shortlisted for document verification RRB-wise, at approximately one candidate per notified vacancy, based on merit and applicable recruitment rules.
Documents to Prepare
- Signature file in JPG/JPEG format, 30 KB to 49 KB, with minimum dimensions of 140 × 60 pixels. It must be written by the candidate in normal running handwriting, in black ink on white paper. Block, capital or disjointed-letter signatures are not accepted.
The application portal captures a live photograph; applicants are not required to upload a pre-existing passport photograph.
How to Apply
- Visit the official RRB application portal and open the application for CEN No. 06/2026 – NTPC Graduate.
- Select “Create an Account” if you do not already have an RRB account. If you created an account for an earlier RRB CEN in 2024, 2025 or 2026, use the same login credentials.
- Complete Aadhaar/DigiLocker identity authentication where applicable, and select only one RRB.
- Enter the required personal, educational and category details, then choose eligible Railway/Production Unit and post preferences.
- Capture the live photograph through the portal and upload the signature in the prescribed format.
- Pay the applicable examination fee, review the information and submit the application by 06 November 2026 at 11:59 PM.
- Save the registration details and submitted application for future reference.
Submit only one application against CEN No. 06/2026. Multiple applications may lead to rejection of all applications and debarment from future RRB/RRC examinations.
